My preferred design process is User-centered design where design iterations are validated with user testing, however I understand that every project has its own limitations, and this is not always possible I am flexible in my approach and I adapt my process for every client sometimes going straight to high fidelity prototyping if needed.
I have worked on a wide range of products including mobile apps, responsive web apps, B2C/B2B products, SaaS products, Windows and Mac apps, and I don’t specialize in a single type of product.
I have completed projects in a variety of industries for example, healthcare, fintech, health & fitness, renewable energy, data recovery and others.
My primary tool is Figma and Claude Design however, I also use Framer, Adobe CC apps and other AI tools.
My design decisions are supported by UX research, best practices and user testing. I look at feedback and revisions through this lens and consider the product as a whole, also taking business needs into account. If there is a disagreement, I present the case for/against making changes to the client leaving the final decision up to them.
I can estimate a project timeline based on client needs and limitations. I have worked with large companies on projects that span years and utilise the full user-centered design process. I have also worked with small startup companies where I produce high-fidelity prototypes in a matter of weeks.
Absolutely. I routinely hand off annotated Figma files to development teams and draw on my web-coding background to anticipate technical requirements. I also present designs to stakeholders and cross-functional teams as needed.
I adhere closely to WCAG 2.0 guidelines, targeting at least AA contrast compliance in nearly all projects—especially in healthcare. In rare cases where strict brand colors compromise contrast, I work with clients to find acceptable alternatives.
